Frequently Asked Questions

Payment Questions: 

Is placing an order using my credit card safe and confidential?


YES!  Safe and Confidential using SSL!
During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with CKBProducts computers to create a private conversation that only your computer and our system can understand.  All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.

We work with McAfee, a leader in data security and safety, to verify daily our website is protected against hackers and data breaches. Since inception our website, http://www.ckbproducts.com, has never had a breach in personal security and our proactive steps in thwarting possible hacker attacks will insure your personal data is always safe.

What methods of Payment do you accept?


All transactions are conducted in US funds.

*There is an 10 day clearing period placed on all checks over $10.00.  All returned checks are subject to a $28.00 processing fee as allowed by law.

Do I still get the quantity discount if my order is going to different address?


No.  If you want 25 (for example) of an item and want them shipped to different addresses you would have to place each order individually.  This means each order is counted separately therefore you may not receive the discounted price nor be able to combine the totals for lower shipping.  Remember, each new address is a different order.

I am a re-seller, do I have to sell your merchandise for the retail cost?


Absolutely not, we give you the freedom to charge as little or as much as you like for our products.  We suggest you be fair to both your customers and yourself.  Add a fair markup but try not to charge to much.  It is better to sell 100 items with a $5.00 markup than 0 items with a $10.00 markup.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?


We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in the state of Texas.  All orders outside of the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax.  Texas sales tax is 8%.  If you are a resident of Texas and have a resale certificate you will not need to pay taxes on your purchases.

Shipping Questions: 

How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?


Shipping charges vary by destination, shipping carrier, total package weight and the number of packages in your shipment. To view shipping charges simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select the"Estimate Shipping" link located to the left of the "add to cart" link on the products description page. We offer USPS and UPS shipping companies and will calculate your shipping quotes using all methods available to the shipping address.

Shipping can be high on smaller orders. Typically, the more you order the less the shipping is per unit ordered. For example. You order one jacket the shipping may be $12.00. If you order two jackets the shipping may be$14.00 making the cost only $7.00 per jacket. If you order three jackets the shipping may be only $15.00 making the cost for shipping only $5.00 per jacket. Because we are a wholesaler the costs of shipping go down(per unit ordered) when you order more.


How long does shipping take?


We usually ship orders within 2 business day. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping and is also usually the cheapest on orders over $25.00. Transit times can range from 1-7 business days depending on your location in relation to our distribution warehouse in Dallas, Texas.

We offer many different types of shipping. Choosing a faster shipping method will cut shipping time but it may still take up to 2 business days for us to mail the package. Choosing a faster shipping method is just what it means, faster shipping by the freight carrier, not faster processing in our warehouse. If you need faster processing in our warehouse please select next business day or same business day processing during the checkout process.


Do you ship orders to military addresses?

Yes, we ship to all military addresses.  Please be sure to select USPS Priority Mail for any package that is being delivered to military addresses.  We cannot ship to military addresses by UPS.


Product Questions: 


Are any of your products defective or irregulars?

Absolutely not, our prices are low because we order in large quantities and not because we sell defective merchandise.  Every item we sell is new and comes with a manufacturers warranty against defects.


Ordering Questions: 

Does CKBProducts.com accept international orders?


Yes, CKB does accept international orders from most every country in the world. All international orders shipped outside the US and Canada must be paid in full via International Money Order, Wire Transfer, PayPal.com or credit card before the goods can be shipped to you. Our shopping cart will show you the shipping charges during the checkout process. All international orders must be placed through our website, www.ckbproducts.com for security and fraud prevention.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the USA may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.

Do I have to be a business to order?


No, We sell our wholesale products to business, individuals, distributors and other wholesalers.  No Tax ID or business license is required to make purchases.

Is there a minimum order?


No, you may order as little or as much as you like both in quantity and dollar amount.  Shipping is high on small dollar orders but hey, the post office and UPS make those rules.

How do I order from your catalog?


We accept catalog orders via email (sales@ckbproducts.com) and via Fax (817) 887-1921.  We will email you the totals within 12 hours.  We also accept orders from our order form, this is the one that is mailed with the catalog. Because we have more than 99% of our products cataloged on our website you will most likely not need to place orders directly from the catalog.

Do you send invoices to my customers?


No, we do not.  When we drop ship an order for you we will send nothing that has our name or information on it.  We only send invoices with orders that are mailed directly to you.  Your customer WILL ALWAYS remain your customer.

Misc. Questions: 

Is there a membership fee? Do I need to sign up for anything?


There are absolutely no fees.  You will need to sign up for a FREE account before you may place an order.  You may start ordering as soon as you like.  We work on a "Per Order" basis.  Basically you order from CKBProducts and make payment at the time of each order.

How can I obtain warranty information without purchasing an item?


If you need warranty information on a particular product please email information@ckbproducts.com.  Because we deal with many different suppliers and manufactures we cannot supply the information ourselves but we will put you in contact with someone who can.

Do you have a showroom?


CKBProducts.com does not have a showroom.  In order to keep overhead low and merchandise costs even lower we have only an internet business with no showroom.  We do have a warehouse for shipping and conducting business but due to insurance reasons we are not allowed to have customers in our warehouse.
